- In 1994, the ANTA brand was born when a shoes workshop in Jinjiang, Fujian province, gave itself a name. Through development over a dozen years or so, ANTA has become one of the biggest comprehensive sports gear provider particularly strong in marketing and sales. At the 17th award ceremony, Company boss Ding Zhizhong was awarded one of the Ten Outstanding Youths in China for his special contributions to Chinese sports.
- Anda Hong Kong being its holding company, ANTA has one of the best sales records in China, with its shoes leading in market shares in consecutive years. ANTA have won many awards, including China Famous Brand, China Brand Name Product, and China High-Quality Inspection-Exempt Product.
- ANTA is a pioneer of sports science in China. In 2005, ANTA led the sports gear industry by establishing the first sports lab in China. Committed to the sports science, the lab contributes to improving Chinese athletes’ performance and driving the development of Chinese sports. Innovation and constant change for the better is the mission of ANTA. The company has many national patents under its name and is one of the standard makers of the Chinese sports gear industry.
- ANTA leads in sports gears franchise. In 2001, ANTA was the first in China to establish a sports gear franchise, successfully transforming itself from a manufacturer to a comprehensive player in the sports world building up a prestigious sports brand name. Up to now, ANTA runs a franchise network of 4000 stores across the country, covering three tiers of city marketing network.
